Products listed on SupplyCloud.com are shipped directly from individual suppliers who listed the products for sale.
Shipping
The shipping rate quoted on SupplyCloud.com is quoted by the carrier. Jenco Instruments does not add additional handling fees to orders. Orders are processed and shipped on a first-come basis. Express orders must be received by Jenco Instruments and charged by Google Checkout by 2:00PM Pacific time in order to be shipped on the same day. Orders are normally charged by Google Checkout 30 to 60 minutes after they are submitted.
Delivery
Tracking numbers are emailed to customers as they become available to Jenco Instruments. Please note that some carriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
Return New, Unopened Items within 30 Days of Delivery
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Jenco Instruments within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Complete the online return authorization form to get started with a return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Partial Refund
Items that are not in new condition or have been opened and used an have been delivered within the last 30 days will receive only partial refunds:
* Any item sold and fulfilled by Jenco Instruments within 30 days of delivery that is not in its original condition but still in resalable condition: at most 85% of items price
No Refund
Jenco Instruments cannot accept items outside of 30 days of delivery, nor accept consumable products such as electrodes, solutions or buffer capsules. No refund will be given for these products
Repairs
Items may be sent back to Jenco Instruments for repair. Jenco Instruments may charge a small inspection fee for all items sent back for repair. Upon inspection, Jenco Instruments will notify you of any additional repair fees and ask for your authorization before further repair work is done.
